1) Actual battery capacity is 0% but gauge shows 100% and suddenly turned off when AC adaptor removed,

1) Actual battery capacity is 0% but gauge shows 100% and suddenly turned off when AC adaptor removed,
- impacted BIOS version : “10G”, “10I”, “10J”, “10K”, “10N”
2) Discharge is too fast when it’s under power-off condition (S5)
- Normally it discharge 5~6% within 24hrs, but troubled one discharge over 10% within 24hrs

2. Root Cause
1) EC firmware gauge detection error on the BIOS -> BIOS “10O” corrected & implemented (‘09/02/21)
2) GPIO pin programmed high (WLAN) where leakage current occur -> BIOS “10N” corrected & implemented (‘09/01/01)

3. Flash Procedure (latest version “10P”)
a. download & copy attached Win flash file into dedicated HDD location,
b. close all open program/application before proceed further step,
c. extract it and run “BIOS_Setup_X110.exe” file,
d. it’ll automatically flash BIOS on the Windows (approx. 1 minute takes) and power turned off,
e. Power will be turned on and off 3 times (approx. 1 minute takes) and Windows will boot up normally,
f. Reboot system and go into CMOS -> BIOS default setup (F9 Key) to keep default condition
*** Pls acknowledge step d) ~ e) may take 2 minutes with 3 times turn on/off and it’s normal condition
on the way of flashing. Pls take care not to press any button during d) step where interrupt may happen.
